Skeet collects all professional and very usefull advices in one book. At any rate, I feel a lot more comfortable with C because of the historical perspective and casual discussion style that Jon presents.

Ever since I’ve read the book, I was able to handle generics, lambda, linq queries gracefully and cleanly. C in Depth, Second Edition is a thoroughly revised, up-to-date book that covers the new features of C 4 as deptg as Code Contracts.
